One of the objectives of MST Holding is the integration in the European business framework and precisely in this context is where frames its association with two important firms of the Call Centre sector in Europe, the Italian Acroservizi and the French Teletech International. The three of them have constituted a company, called Nest Call Centre, which mail aim is propelling the creation of Call Centre projects in the European boundary for companies’ implemented in different European countries.
The use of the synergies of the three firms, as well as of their know how, allows the members of Nest Call Centres offering the companies great quality services at more competitive prices.
Currently, the holding counts on 80 customers to which they give service in 3.000 workstations, attended by 3.000 agents in 7 different languages, those attend around 11.700.000 calls per year. All these generate an invoicing volume that ascended to 73 million euros last year 2004.
The success of this association is based on the combination of various strategic points:

    • Nest Call Centre joins 7 different languages: Spanish, French, Italian, English, Portuguese, German and Catalan.
    • Technological development, this is vital for a project to achieve the expected success. This Call Centres’ association allows effectuating purchasing groupings, with which lower prices are obtained from providers, and there are more facilities to modernize and renew all the material referred to informatics’ systems, CTI and software.
    • Another important factor is the usage of the same technology and working methodology in all the centres. It is guaranteed to the customer that his/her service will be attended uniformly in all the countries, according to the requirements previously agreed with the project leader (company that signed the contract).
    • On the other hand, as the datum are centralized in a single intermediary, the customer will have at its disposal a complete and detailed information on-line about the functioning of his/her call centre in all the countries where the project has been implemented, by only connecting to the site of the main company.
